How many printers are there in the Learning Commons?
There are two printers located in the Learning Commons. One of the printers located near the front desk and the Genius Bar is a Ricoh brand. The second printer is located near the open computer lab in the back of the Learning Commons. The second printer is an HP brand. The Ricoh and HP printers are the only printers that students can have access. Ideally, the HP printer is mostly recommended for students to use. The Ricoh printer is mostly recommended for teachers and staff to use.

What printer am I eligible to print from? Can I choose any of those two printers?
The Ricoh and HP printers are the only printers that students have access to. Ideally, the HP printer is recommended for student use. The Ricoh printer is mostly recommended for teachers and staff use. Try to always use the HP printer. If the HP printer comes to any technical difficulties or it is unavailable, then the only option left is to print from the Ricoh printer.
Printing Policy
- Print only what is necessary for school work. Personal printing should be done at home.
- Please highlight sections of articles you need and print only those selections (SAVE PAPER!!!).
- Print only one copy of YOUR paper (avoid plagiarism).
- Please ask the librarian or the circulation desk assistant if you have a question or a problem.
- If something does not print immediately, DO NOT HIT PRINT TWICE! Sometimes there is a delay in sending the information to the printer. Be patient and wait to see if it prints.
